I’ve had a great experience at Mavis, and I especially want to shout out Promise! She was absolutely excellent—professional, helpful, and made the whole experience a smooth one. If you’re in need of tire service, I highly recommend stopping by. If you go, please ask for Promise! She’s excellent at what she does!

Pat and the gang are a phenomenal choice for any of your tire necessities as they are very reasonable with pricing, highly informative if any curiosity is given. While maintaining a stellar reputation with the community as far as the most optimal choice locally with tire replacement and more personally for me I’ve went to them for a wheel alignment, tire rotation and a oil change and have no complaints only compliments to the crew I hope this will help with your decision for the perfect choice for your car !!!

I had an incredible experience at Mavis Tire and Brakes (Fairlawn location) this morning. The staff was incredibly helpful and managed to get my car into the shop right away. They took a look at my vehicle, and although they easily could have tried to upsell me on a bunch of things I didn't need, they were completely honest. They made a minor fix and didn't even charge me for it! It is rare to find such genuine and transparent automotive service these days. They will absolutely have my business for as long as I live here in Winston-Salem. Highly recommend!

Mavis Tires & Brakes do not honor appointments . We scheduled a tire patch service @ 8:00 am. We were there first customers that morning the service took over an hour other customers were taking care of before us without appointment. SMH . Poor customer service . Now we are concerned with there quality of work since it looks to us they dont take there job seriously. Be aware. Will definitely not use them again.
